The Person Behind the Poodle
My Story
I started Pink Poodle Club because I believe every dog deserves to be treated with patience, care, and a whole lot of love — not just rushed through a grooming table.
Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I was the kid that knew every dog and cat in the neighborhood... but none of the people. I was rescuing baby birds, and stray kittens, throwing worms back in the grass after the rain so they wouldn't dry up. Unfortunately when I was 12, my family dog was killed by a groomer. I won't go into details but it was tragic, preventable, and changed my trajectory of careers as I originally wanted to be a vet. I wanted to make sure that at least under my care, no dog endured what Cindy did.
After 25 years of experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, I built Pink Poodle Club as a space where pups feel safe and owners feel confident. No assembly lines, no strangers, just one groomer who genuinely cares about your dog.
What I Stand For
Every dog moves at their own pace. I never rush a groom — anxious pups, seniors, and first-timers all get the time and gentleness they need.
Your dog's wellbeing comes before anything else. I use gentle handling techniques and premium, pet-safe products on every single visit. I am also Pet CPR and first-aid certified.
25 years of experience across breeds, coat types, ages and temperaments means your pup is always in capable, caring hands.
This isn't a factory — it's a boutique. I get to know your dog, remember their quirks, and tailor every groom to who they are.
Why Boutique?
At Pink Poodle Club, I see a limited number of dogs each day — by design. That means your pup gets my full attention, not a rushed 20-minute slot between a dozen other appointments.
I remember that Biscuit hates the blow dryer but loves ear scratches. I know that Mochi needs extra time to warm up. I notice when something seems off and I'll always let you know.
"That's what boutique means to me — knowing your dog, treating them like family, not just grooming them."
